WES Foundation
Founded in 2017, by Conway native player and coach Everette Sands.
The WES Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is preparing for its 5th year of offering FREE local Football & Cheerleading Camp for students in Horry County.
The 2022 camp will be held on June 25th at the Conway Rec Center. This is an all-day event filled with fundamentals and activities to enrich young athletes.
This one-of-a kind camp experience is focused primarily on teaching football and cheer fundamentals, as well as preparing young men and women with the essential tools for their future success, both on and off the field.
The WES Foundation programs are designed for campers that are rising 3rd to 8th graders, who are active and play football or participate in cheer.
The camp staff is comprised of high level former collegiate players and coaches who all have a passion for sharing their knowledge with young athletes.
We also incorporate the theme of "Life Beyond Sports" which is a series of on-going seminars geared to convey the importance of education. They also concentrate on life skills, such as: mental wellness, financial literacy, character development, leadership development and others.
WES strives to provide a 100% fun and unforgettable camp day experience that promotes the development of confidence and instills self-esteem, independence, and responsibility for all young athletes.
